Whipped Frosting


1 pkg 3 oz of instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 c cold milk
1 pkg 8 oz cool whip thawed


 Combine the pudding mix, powdered sugar & milk in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
 Fold in the cool whipped topping. Spread on cake or cupcakes. This covers a 1/4 sheet cake, an angel food cake or a dozen of cupcakes. Also makes enough for a 2 layer cake. Keep Refrigerated.
